TwitterFeed to Automate Cross Promotion


With so many different tasks that need to be done, it’s always great when you can automate some things. You can automate part of your team’s cross promotion efforts by using Twitterfeed.

Twitterfeed is a site that automatically tweets out new updates from your favorite blogs. It also allows you to post to Facebook. It’s a great site to use so that you won’t forget to share your team members’ blog updates.

If you don’t already have an account set up, it’s easy to get started. Start by creating an account, then click “Create a Feed” and follow all of the steps to add each one of your team members’ feeds. For each feed, go to the “Advanced Settings” link to adjust your settings and personalize the tweet by adding your team mates’ Twitter IDs.

After you’ve adjusted your settings, click “Continue to Step 2”, you’ll need to authorize your Twitter and Facebook accounts to complete the process for each blog.

Encourage each member complete this process to include everyone’s blogs. Don’t forget to add your own blog’s feed to your Twitterfeed account.
